West Bank took on the reserves of conference side Oldham St.Annes.
It didn't take long for the Bank to open their account with the live wire George Charnock crossing for the first of his hat-trick.
West Bank dominated from the off so it was a huge surprise when the home team themselves touched down a bouncing ball.
Keiran Owen finished a back line move strongly and Morgan Kelly held off the chasing defenders to cross in the corner.
The Bears were rampant at this point, with Charnock completing his treble and Kelly his second for a half time score of 32 to 6.
Playing uphill against the conditions saw West Bank struggle at the start of the 2nd half but once they hit their straps some scintillating play saw Ellis Smith, Dominic Droogan and Dennis Charnock add four pointers. Kelly landed four conversions and Smith three.
The team hope to play another friendly this coming week before life in the NW men's league Premier division begins on Saturday 7th March at Waterhead Warriors 'A'
