
Kev, who was previously a professional footballer at Manchester City amongst other clubs, was previously the Boss at Park Drive from June 2016 until May 2018. Under his previous tenure, the Jammers lost out narrowly in a play-off semi-final. Horlock managed 111 games in charge of the club, finishing with an impressive 51%-win percentage.
Since departing the club, Kevin has gone on to manage Needham Market recording four straight Suffolk Premier Cup triumphs, a record run to the FA Trophy Quarter-Final as well as making the first round proper of the Emirates FA Cup and most notably winning the Southern League Central Premier Division last season.
Speaking on Horlock’s appointment Aspen Drewitt-Barlow CEO at the Drewitt Barlow-Organisation added this thoughts, "We are extremely excited by the prospect of Kevin rejoining Maldon & Tiptree.
