Under the stewardship of Manager Becky Upjohn and assistant manager Abi McGhee, the recreational side gives females 16 and over a chance to play football and represent Lancaster City.

The first game for the Rec side is at home against CN Sports Ladies on Sunday 1st March at 11:45am over on Coronation fields at Willow Lane, LA1 5TP.

Training is on the Recreational Field, Hanging Green Lane, Slyne-with-Hest, LA2 6JB and takes place on a Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm
