Seary, 21, is a product of the Preston North End Academy and boasts EFL Championship and Carabao Cup experience during his time at the Lilywhites having featured in the second tier on a number of occasions.

The Liverpudlian spent time on loan with Warrington Town and later in the NIFL Premier League with Larne in 2024/25 where he was named in the divisions 'Team of the Week' in November 2024 and made his European debut in the UEFA Conference League.

A move to Broadhurst Park followed earlier this season and Josh now joins up with Cables for the rest of the campaign.
