HRC 30th Anniversary Reunion - September 20, 2008

Final plans are in place for the Huntsville Rugby Club's 30th Anniversary Reunion.
The current Huntsville Rugby Club side will play a match Saturday (9/20/08) afternoon at Rick Cooper Memorial Park, with refreshments (Beer, Soft Drinks and Burgers/Hot Dogs) available during the match. Children, grandchildren and in some cases great-grand children's attendance at the game is encouraged!
Saturday evening, the adults will meet at the Fireman's Lodge on Artie St. for the main event. This will be a semi-formal cocktail party with heavy hor'd'ouvers, drinks, and a short program with some significant and humorous moments from the Club's past.
Cost for the evening event is $25 per person (plus $15 for an additional guest), please order your tickets now as it will greatly simplify planning to have an early idea of how many plan to attend. PLEASE commit early and should circumstances beyond your control come up we will refund your money. To place ticket and/or jersey/pins orders send your check to Neal Scott at the address below today!

30th Anniversary Rugby jerseys have been pre-ordered, and are no longer available as of August 1, 2008
There will be a list at the door, not actual tickets for the Saturday night event. Your name will appear on the "Who's Confirmed So Far" list once we have received your payment. If you have paid and your name is not on this list please contact Neal so we can straighten out any misunderstandings prior to the event.
Game time for Saturday's Club side match versus Chattanooga and other details will be placed on the web site, please check back periodically for updates.
